Itinerary

Day 1: Arrival in Kathmandu (1340m.) and transfer to the hotel.


Welcome to Nepal and Namaste! On arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, a representative from our office will greet you at the airport and escort you to your hotel and help you check in. You will then be briefed about your daily activities. In the evening, we have welcome dinner and we'll talk a little about Nepal and our program. (-/-/D)

Day 2: Sightseeing in UNESCO world heritage site of Kathmandu Durbarsquare and Swayebhunath stupa.


Today is great Sightseeing through UNESCO World Heritage Sites in Kathmandu City: also known as Kantipur, the capital Kathmandu is the hub of Nepal's art and culture. It is a place for rest, relaxation and easy-day sightseeing of historic and artistic temples and monuments. Kathmandu Durbar Square with its arrays of temples and the ancient palaces of the former Nepali Royals enriches your experience of the centuries old civilisation. Then afternoon we drive to holy place of Buddhist, Swayambhunath:Said to be around 2000 years old, this Buddhist Stupa sits atop a hill. The main stupa is composed of a solid hemisphere of brick and earth supporting a lofty conical spire crowned by a pinnacle of Copper gilt. Painted on the four sided base of the spire are the all-seeing eyes of Lord Buddha. The hill of Swayambhu is a mosaic of small Chaityas and Pagoda temples. You’ll get a scenic view of Kathmandu city from there. (B / L / D)

Day 3: Flight to Lukla and trek to Manjo 2850m. (5-6 hrs)


Early in the morning spectacular flight to Lukla and experience landing on a steep mountain runway, where we get our crew and after short rest we start our trek to Manjo through colorful Sherpa village, along the Dudhkosi River passing many Mani walls and prayer wheel. If flight is delay, we can overnight in Phakding. Overnight at Lodge (B/L/D)

Day 4: Trek to Namche Bazaar (3440m. 4 hrs)


We enter the Sagarmatha (Everest) National Park, which is very beautiful National Park under UNESCO world heritage (natural) site and we trek complete time through the Park. Today we trek along the River and after crossing the Hillary Bridge we climb up to Namche Bazaar. If the weather is clear, we get the first glimpse of Mt Everest. Namche is a central trading village in the Khumbu valley and has a local market every Saturday and former time it was meeting place for traders who came from the lowlands and from Tibet with their yak caravans that have crossed the glaciated Nangpa La. And now this is the meeting place for all mountaineers and Trekker from all over the world. Overnight at Lodge (B/L/D)

Day 5: Acclimatization day in Namche and hike to the Everest View Hotel 3- 4 hrs.


Acclimatization day in Namche is very important for us. Today we make a short hike to Everest view Hotel (3880m.) just above the Namche Bazaar, where we get magnificent view to Mt. Everest, Lohtse, Nuptse, Thamserku, Khangtega and most beautiful Mt. Amadablam. Overnight in Namche. (B/L/D)

Day 6: Trek to Thame and overnight in Thame (3800m. 4-5 hrs)


Today we trek along the old trade or yak caravan route to Tibet through fir, juniper and rhododendron forest, with great views of the mountains, passing many Mani walls and Chhoerten (Stupa) to Thame. Thame is beautiful Sherpa village with many famous Sherpa mountaineers, like Appa Sherpa and Tenzing Norgey grown up also in Thame. Afternoon we visit the wonderful Buddhist monastery of Thame, which is over five hundred years old and is located just above the village of Thame 3980m. Overnight at Lodge (B/L/D)

Day 7: Trek to Khumjung (3790m. 5 hrs)


Today we descend same way back down to the valley. Crossing back over the Bhotekosi we will take a high, scenic trail up to the left which by-passes Namche and ascends past the high airstrip at Syangboche and continues over the top of the ridge before descend to khumjung, which is most beautiful village in the Khumbu valley and it was also favorite place of Hillary, where Hillary established one school and one Hospital in Khunde. Afternoon we explore the Yeti scalp in Khumjung Monastry. Overnight at Lodge. (B/L/D)

Day 8: Trek to Tengboche (3870m. 4-5stu.)


After Breakfast we descend to Phunki 3250m. And after crossing the Dudhkosi River, our trek leads passing water driven prayer wheels, through the fir, junipers and rhododendron forest up to Tengboche. If we are lucky we can watch out for blood pheasant, beautiful Impeyan pheasant scratching in the undergrowth or musk deer and Himalayan Thar (mountain goat) grazing in the forest. Tengboche is one of the most beautiful places in Khumbu valley and it offers 360 degree Mountain View of the Himalayas and in the evening we can experience a puja (ceremony) in the monastery. Day 9: Trek to Dingboche and overnight at Dingboche (4400m.)


We leave Thyangboche, our trail descends through forest to Deboche pass further houses and mani walls as the path continues along the river valley amongst the trees. After crossing a bridge, the path gradually climbs, with stunning views of Ama Dablam ahead, chortens and mani walls are passed again, we reach the village of Pangboche. We continue climb up along the valley, crossing the river once again ascends to the Dingboche, which place is set in a stunning position, surrounded by high peaks. Overnight at Lodge. (B/L/D)

Day 10: Acclimatization day in Dingboche


We have many option for acclimatization hike either we can walk to Chhukung 4730m. And back Dingboche or It is possible to walk up the ridge behind the village to Naga Dzong Ri 5083. This is a steep but not technically difficult ascent to a summit. From where there are stunning views of Makalu, Amadablam, Thamserku etc. (B/L/D)

Day 11: Trek to Labuche (4900m. 5 hrs)


After breakfast we ascend to the chhyorten above Dingboche and walk up a wide, grassy plateau with the view of peaks of Tawoche and Cholatse and it is also possible to see Pheriche village in the valley below to our left side. After Duglha we walk up along the rocky ridge which marks the terminal moraine at the base of the Khumbu glacier. On the top of the ridge we can see many memorial cairns to those who have died on Everest, then continue reach to Labuche. There is an exciting feeling of close to our ultimate goal. Day 12: Trek to Everest Base Camp (5364m.) and overnight in Gorap Shep (5200m. 7-8 hrs)


We leave Labuche early in the Morning and head north-east, along the side of the Khumbu Glacier through jumbled moraine and shattered rock. There is almost no vegetation here. Tibetan Snow Cock can often be seen along the way. We walk ups and downs across the moraine to Gorak Shep. From here it takes still a long time trek to base camp, we walk continues along moraine and After a couple of hours we reach the base camp area from where, although we do not have views of the actual summit of Everest, there are sensational close-up views of the terrifying Khumbu ice-fall and the surrounding scenery of ice seracs and tumbled rocks. After exploring the base camp we return to Gorak Shep and overnight at lodge. (B/L/D)

Day 13: Ascent to Kalapatthar 5545m. And back descent to Thugla (4620m. 7-8 hrs)


Today is highlight of our journey. We start our trek early in the morning before cloud comes in to obscure the summit of Everest. About two hours trek we finally reach the summit of Kala Pattar at 5,545m. And it is the high-point of our trek!From the summit of Kala Pattar there are great views of the summit of Everest as well as other Himalayan giants Pumori, Changtse, Nuptse, Lhotse and countless other mountain. We can also look down on the Khumbu glacier where base camp is located during the spring season. After enjoying the breathtaking view of Himalaya and we will descend to Gorak Shep and take the trail back down to Thugla. Overnight at Lodge (B/L/D)

Day 14: Trek to Phortse (3800m. 6-7 hrs)


After breakfast we descend slowly along Pheriche to Pangboche. Here we will visit Pangboche monastery, which is the oldest monastery of the Khumbu region, possibility dating back as far as the first introduction of Buddhism into the Khumbu. After lunch we follow the panorama trail to Phortse. If we are lucky, we can watch out for blood pheasant, beautiful Impeyan pheasant musk deer and Himalayan Thar (mountain goat). Overnight at Lodge. Day 15: Descent to Namche Bazaar (3440m. 6 hrs)


Today, we have wonderful day, after breakfast we descend to the River and after crossing the river climb up to the Mong La 3970m. It offers wonderful view to Mountains and the valley of surrounding. Then we descend to the Sanasa and fallow continues Panorama Trail to the Namche Bazaar. Overnight at Lodge. (B/L/D)

Day 16: Descent to Lukla (2800m. 6-7hrs)


Today we leave Namche Bazaar and descend to Hillary bridge, then we follow continues along the Dudhkosi river, leaving National Park, we walk through beautiful Sherpa villages to the Lukla, where our Trekking end and we have to say goodbye with our crew and we celebrate together in the evening. Day 17: Flight to Kathmandu (1340m.)


Early in the morning we leave Lukla and flight back to Kathmandu. On arrival in Kathmandu we will be met with our staff and transferred to the Hotel. Afternoon we have free day for shopping or relax at Hotel.

Day 18: The sightseeing in Kathmandu (Pashupatinath, Patan and Baudhanath)


Sightseeing tour through the UNESCO world heritage site; first of all we visit the hindu temple Pashupatinath, which is one of the oldest Hindu Temples dedicated to Lord Shiva. It is for the Hindus what Mecca is for the Muslims. Situated on the bank of the sacred Bagmati River, the temple was built in Pagoda Style with gilded roof and richly carved silver doors. Pashupatinath is the centre of annual pilgrimage on the day of Shivaratri which falls in the month of February/March. You’ll also be able to see cremation grounds that lie on the bank of Bagmati behind the temple. Then we drive to the holiest place of Buddhist, Boudhanath Stupa:One of the oldest and the biggest Buddhist monuments ever built in Nepal; Boudhanath is one of the holiest structures imposing a height of 37 meters with three massive level Mandala style platforms. It is surrounded by colourful buildings housing families creating a friendly enclosure. The Stupa is visited every year by tens of thousands of pilgrims from all over the world. Then afternoon we visit Patan City, Located about 5 km south of Kathmandu, Patan is one of 3 royal cities in the valley. A destination for connoisseurs of fine arts, Patan is filled with wood and stone carvings, metal statues, ornate architecture, including dozens of Buddhist and Hindu temples, and over 1200 monuments. Day 19: Facultative programs to Bhaktapur or free day for shoping)


Today is time for shopping and relax at the hotel or we can book any optional program. Kathmandu offers many place to visit, Bhaktapur and Changu Narayan Temple are the most interesting site of Kathmandu to visit, which is belongs under the world heritage site of valley. (B/L/D)

Day 20: Departure and arrival in home land.


Today we transfer to the airport early in the morning or in evening and arrival in homeland. (B/-/-)
